Mariane is a Clinical Psychologist, providing both individualised and group based services online to individuals and families with ADHD and various neurodivergent profiles. Her research is in understanding what qualities help individuals and communities to create more moments of meaning at home, school and work, and her area of specific interest is in identifying and supporitng twice-exceptional (gifted and nueordivergent) individuals. Mariane is the creator of Messy Magic, a 6 week online group coaching program helping ADHD women to manage the struggles and maximise the strengths that come with their ADHD, co-founder of The Posify Group, a social enterprise helping teens develop a sense of purpose and the future skills needed to thrive today and after school, and host of podcast Classroom 5.0, which explores the future of work, learning and leadership. Marian ebrings a strengths based approach to her practice, and is a sought after speaker and executive consultant on topics related to meaningful work, inclusive work cultures, and how to attract and engage twice-exceptional and neurodivergent people at work. To her professional experise, Mariane brings her lived experience of being ADHD herself, and mother to two twice-exceptional teens.
