Empowers young people to create positive change in their own lives and communities.

We also support parents who have children effected by drugs and alcohol.

Services we offer include:

• One on one support (Case management, Counselling or Mentoring)
• After Care Support
• School & Community Education and therapeutic Programs
• Outreach (Streetwork, events)
