Dr Anne Chappel Dr Chappel has always had an interest in nutrition and Integrative Medicine.   Hippoctrates, considered to be the father of modern medicine, said "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" This showed his belief that eating good food was the basis for good health. Dr Chappel has held to this belief and bases her treatment strategies around it. She has worked in family medicine and also in the field of allergies and food sensitivities. She then began focusing on metabolic and functional medicine, working to enhance her patient's metabolic functionality, whilst she engaged in further studies in these areas
