Mindful Money: ADHD-Friendly Strategies for Financial Wellness with Emma Hall

November 14 @ 7:00 pm-8:30 pm

Mindful Money: ADHD-Friendly Strategies for Financial Wellness with Emma Hall

A certified ADHD coach, Emma did her training via the ADD Coach Academy in New York. Like many women, she received a late diagnosis for her ADHD. This was both a revelation and a relief to finally understand the executive function challenges that she had experienced all her life.

She predominantly works with adult clients who have had a recent diagnosis and want to learn more about their unique brain wiring and develop tools, strategies, techniques, and strengths to love their ADHD life. A huge advocate for mindfulness, she adopts an ADHD-friendly approach to creating mindfulness practices that support the learning and growth experienced during the coaching process.

In addition to being a certified ADHD life coach, she is a qualified Financial Advisor in New Zealand, and her passion to assist others in taking control of their finances continues in her ADHD practice.

Originally from Perth, Australia, she now spends most of her time living in beautiful New Zealand with her husband, teenaged son, and their mischievous Airedale Terrier.
