Eating with ADHD with Nicole DeMasi Malcher, MS, RDN, CDCES

Nicole DeMasi Malcher, MS, RDN, CDCES is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator, and founder of Eating with ADHD, a private nutrition coaching practice. With a master’s degree in Nutrition Science and over a decade of experience, Nicole has helped hundreds of clients improve their health through personalized nutrition plans, intuitive eating, and lifestyle changes.

Having worked as a clinical dietitian in hospitals and dialysis units, managed insulin pumps for people with diabetes, and taught group classes, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. She is passionate about helping people break free from the diet cycle, reconnect with their internal body cues, and develop a healthy relationship with food.

Nicole recognizes that each person responds to food differently and requires a unique approach to achieve their health goals. By combining evidence-based nutrition education with mindset coaching, she helps clients identify and overcome barriers to long-term success.

Through her Eating with ADHD nutrition program, Nicole provides clients with the tools, support, and accountability they need to make sustainable, lifelong changes. She believes that nutrition is the foundation for preventing and treating most diseases and is dedicated to helping her clients live long, happy, and healthy lives.
