Kim is an ACA-registered counsellor with a degree in Psychology and a Diploma of Counselling, bringing both academic grounding and genuine specialist experience to ADHD support.
Whether you’ve just received a diagnosis, have been navigating ADHD for years, or are still working out what’s going on, counselling can help you make real sense of how your brain works, and start making meaningful changes.Working collaboratively and drawing on CBT and evidence-based approaches, Kim supports clients to strengthen executive function, build practical strategies for everyday life, improve emotional regulation, and move from surviving to genuinely thriving. Sessions are available online across Australia and in-person on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
