George Mudford
Neuro-affirming ADHD support from an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, with a practical focus on understanding how ADHD affects everyday life, relationships, emotional regulation, motivation, executive functioning and self-esteem.
Support is individualised and may include ADHD therapeutic coaching, practical strategies for executive functioning and routines, emotional regulation, relationship and communication difficulties, and working through the impact of years of feeling misunderstood or judged.
My approach draws on evidence-informed mental health practice alongside an understanding of neurodivergence, trauma, attachment and schema patterns. The aim isn't to “fix” ADHD or make someone fit a neurotypical mould, but to help people understand themselves, work with their brain and develop strategies that are realistic for their actual life.
