Melanie Roche
As a neurodivergent therapist myself; I have 17 years’ experience in working with children, teens, adults and their families. Specialising in delivering psycho-education on ADHD and other co-morbid mental health issues, I am a motivated and enthusiastic Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) therapist; with skills in play therapy, sand tray therapy and structural dissociation. I also have extensive training in working with complex developmental trauma, and am passionate about helping clients who want to achieve some form of change in their lives.
