As a neuro-affirming psychotherapist, she works collaboratively with clients, respecting that people are the experts on their own life journey. Gina's covers ADHD education, processing a diagnosis, healing from childhood wounds, masking, ADHD strengths, supportive environments & employment, executive functions, self-care, building social connection and parenting children with ADHD. Gina combines both the Neurodiversity Paradigm and Medical Model lens of ADHD to put the client at the centre of therapy.
