I've been doing this for a long time, and there is probably not much I haven't heard. So, please always feel that you're stepping into a safe environment as we go on this journey together. I know that seeing a counsellor or psychologist can be daunting and feel impersonal. I do things differently. At my practice I offer a holistic view of you as a person and not a diagnosis. Instead of a clinical office, I provide a space with a tranquil coastal and leafy vibe that encourages vulnerability and connection for you to journey to wellness. I create a warm healing relationship that makes it easy for you to transmit to their own lives and I bring my authentic self and humanistic approach to the counselling process. My Therapy dog, Lexi, is always on hand for extra comfort when needed.
