I enjoy helping people discover there is an alternative to the life of distress and discomfort quite often being experienced in the lead up to engaging with mental health support. I offer telehealth therapy and ADHD coaching over a short to medium term basis (longer if required). ADHD assessment sessions are carried out face-to-face at a Frankston location. It is my goal to help you better understand yourself, your symptoms, and how a better path forward can be created.
AVAILABILITY: Immediate availability for telehealth in most cases, face to face ADHD assessments less than 2 weeks.
