I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and Medicare provider, and I'm ADHD myself. A proud Yorta Yorta woman, I founded Body Belonging Clinic in Nedlands. Most of my work sits where ADHD and eating meet. If your appetite vanishes on stimulants and returns at 9pm, that's my work. The first thing is working out what's driving what - sometimes medication, sometimes sensory, sometimes executive function, sometimes body image. Standard eating disorder screening looks for weight and shape concerns, so when the driver is something else it gets missed. I also work with late ADHD diagnosis, rejection sensitivity, autistic burnout, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care. Adults, adolescents and children, plus couples and families.
