Streetwork StreetWork is a non-denominational, for-purpose, community organisation working with 'at risk' young people affected by crime, mental health issues, violence, destructive relationships, social isolation, homelessness, those disengaged from school or with poor employment opportunities and those impacted by alcohol and substance abuse, to turn their lives around. At StreetWork we seek to give 'at risk' young people the same opportunities as their peers .. that is to grow, to achieve their dreams and to develop as a person with high self esteem. Our flagship program, is a one-on-one mentoring which we call KickStart, which aims to break the cycle of destructive behaviours and help them turn their lives around.

Hi! My name is Tania Galbraith from Envisage Coaching. When working with me you can expect me to be friendly and down to earth. I have spent over 15 years working in Project Management, Change Management and Business Transformation which has taught me to see the big picture, prioritize and work hard to achieve all my goals. I've worked with a lot of different people across multiple countries and appreciate how diverse our personalities, work style, attitudes and values can be. I follow the strengths based approach to coaching because I don't believe there is a one size fits all model to achieving success. Together we will identify what's most important to you and what strengths you can utilize to achieve those goals. I am a creative thinker and love working with clients to help them think outside the square and generate fresh ideas. I have a strong business background and am very goal orientated, so once you have an idea I can work with you to convert that thought into simple practical actions. The ADHD Revolution Sarah Hoff Since 2012, I have been actively involved in decluttering services, starting with the establishment of my Interior Decorating business in 2006 called http://www.insideinspiration2u.com.au. Over the course of seven years, as I provided Interior Decorating and Colour Consulting services, I felt a growing inclination to make a deeper impact on people’s lives. While I assisted clients in transforming their houses into homes, my passion for creating tranquil and serene spaces intensified. This led me to explore the realm of “Professional Organising.” As a busy individual managing a business and raising four children, I intimately understood the overwhelming nature of life within a household of six. I experienced the constant stress of trying to “control” my home and life through yelling, nagging, and striving for order in order to maintain some level of sanity. I also recognized the significant difference in how I felt when my home was organized compared to when it was chaotic. This realization ignited a strong desire within me to help others find peace and calm in their lives by establishing an organized home where everything had its rightful place. Integrating the Organizing Service into my existing Interior Decorating business brought me a sense...

Jane Horan - ADHD Coach based in Melbourne, Australia. Like a lot of women with ADHD I wasn't diagnosed until adulthood and in my case I was diagnosed in my early 40s after one of my children were diagnosed. I started to see many similarities in symptoms and every day challenges that we shared. My story of ADHD will be familiar to many adults who weren't diagnosed until later in life, particularly with my work and academic life. I Forever felt like a square peg trying to fit into a round hole. My diagnosis opened up a new way of life. I finally understood where my ADHD was holding me back and how to go about achieving my goals. I completed my ADHD Coach Training with the ADD Coach Academy, New York and I am currently in the process of obtaining my Associate Coach Certification with the International Coaching Federation. Prior to undertaking ADHD coach training, I worked as a Corporate Technology Trainer in the Legal Industry for 18 years. I work with teens and young adults to establish routines and strategies to support their goals and build self confidence. I can also support parents who are struggling to adapt...

What we do Supported travel and social events for young adults on the autism spectrum or with hidden disabilities. Many young people on the autism spectrum or with hidden disabilities struggle to fit in to the world. They find it hard to make friends, or to build independence apart from family. Some may spend a lot of energy trying to fit in, by masking and adapting to a society they feel like they don’t belong in. While some just need a bit of support, and watch others enjoying this world without being able to access it themselves. Being excluded or struggling to find your people can cause loneliness, anxiety and other challenges. Then add the complexity of travelling and planning travel. This is why we started Travengers AU – Supported Youth Travel. Everyone deserves the opportunity to socialise, travel and to be a valid part of a community, and to be accepted and appreciated. Through Travengers we enable building social networks and friendships, travel and build skills and confidence to move forward. And we aspire to educate others around us on our way.
