Busy couples need to manage lots of important (and boring) responsibilities of adult life, but most people want a partner who they can also have fun with. This playful, sexy part of the relationship can be one of the first things to go when a couple is struggling with the business part. If ADHD isn't well managed, it can create even more struggles for both partners.
“Procrastivity” is a particular type of procrastination. It involves avoiding a high-priority task by doing something else that is productive, but not as urgent or important, which is ultimately self-defeating. However, “procrastivity” tasks offer clues for reducing procrastination on priority tasks that are particularly useful for adults with ADHD.
