I work with adults who are late-diagnosed, adults who are coping but want to thrive rather than survive, and with parents who are doing their best to understand their children’s brains but need a partner to navigate the challenges that ADHD brings to family life.

I’m an ADDCA-trained adult & family coach who is a teacher and has lived experience with my neurodivergent family and extended family.
