Katie Frazer
I am an ADHD and Leadership Coach. Having served in the Royal Navy for 23 years, I transitioned into civilian life undiagnosed and with an undiagnosed AuDHD son, and for me it hit hard. I didn’t understand who I was, and I hadn’t been given the tools as and ADHD veteran to navigate society. It was a lonely and confusing time.
Then followed my coaching journey where I discovered ADHD Coach Training through Gold Mind Academy. I found self-awareness, understanding, and the tools to thrive – I never thought I’d feel so connected to who I am. This helped me finally forgive myself, and this transformation inspired me to help others experience that same self-connection and growth.
These are some of the reasons why I now work with diagnosed or self-identifying ADHD adults, veterans, leaders and parents. to build self-awareness, self-belief and connection as they navigate life. I specialise in ADHD coaching and through strengths-based coaching, together we make sense of the patterns, emotions, and lived experiences, building strategies that genuinely fit your brain, moving forward with certainty and self-belief.
Life feels so much calmer, kinder, and easier when you do.
