Feel to Heal Psychology provides a range of neurodiversity affirming services related to ADHD including indivudalised therapy and support for children and adults, ADHD assessment for children and adults, and our inhouse pioneered Growing with ADHD group program for kids and for parents with ADHD. The Growing with ADHD program is designed to support ADHDers and their parents understand the ADHD neurotype and how to advocate and support for the accommodations needed, while working on strategies for emotional regulation and maintaining good self-esteem.
