Dr. Iresha De Silva
Dr Iresha De Silva MBBS DCH MPH FRACP is a General and Developmental Paediatrician and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians having trained with The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Iresha is dedicated and committed to the care and wellbeing of children of all ages and has been practicing in Paediatrics since 2006. She expertly manages paediatric patients from the neonate into the teenage years. She is an accredited administrator for Griffiths III Developmental Scales, which is a validated tool for formal developmental assessments. Her special areas of interests includes, Newborn and infant health including feeding difficulties, reflux, sleep and settling issues Behavioural and developmental Paediatrics such as developmental delay, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and learning difficulties Growth and nutrition Asthma Constipation and enuresis. Iresha has a holistic approach with a focus on family wellbeing and welfare. With two school-aged children of her own, Iresha has a good understanding of the rewards and the challenges of parenting.
