ADHD Parenting
Our Ultimate ADHD Parenting Program was created specifically for parents/carers of children with ADHD. Its purpose is to inform, empower and equip you with practical, compassionate strategies that genuinely support your child — and bring more ease to your whole family. Digital Parenting
Our Digital Parenting Program is a practical, step-by-step online course designed to help families create healthier screen time habits. NeuroACT Program
Our NeuroACT Program is an evidence-based, 12-week online program designed to support neurodivergent adults (16+) by incorporating Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles within a neurodivergent-affirming approach to manage stress, build emotional regulation skills, and develop psychological flexibility. Social Skills Program
Our PEERS® Social Skills Programs are evidence-based, practical programs designed to support teens and young adults with social challenges. PEERS® provides clear, real-world strategies for building friendships, improving communication, navigating dating, and developing confidence in social situations.
