Each month ADHD Support Australia brings you an expert in an ADHD-related field to empower you with the information you need on your ADHD journey.

Since April 2020 our speaker evenings and events have all been online.

All online speaker evenings are $20 (+ booking fee + GST), unless otherwise advertised.

If you can’t make it to the live event or have only just found us and missed past events you can find recordings on our Patreon members’ site.

A recording of the talk will ONLY be available to Patreon members after the live talk.  If you don’t think you’ll be able to attend the live talk, please join Patreon and watch the recording there.  You can cancel this at any time.

Our February 2026 speaker is Brittany Darling who will be talking about Nourishing Neurodivergent Kids: Food, Fussy Eating & Safe Supplementation on Thursday 26th February 2026 @ 7pm AEDT.

Join clinical nutritionist and neurodivergent mum Brittany Darling for a down-to-earth and practical session on how to support kids with ADHD and autism through nutrition. Brittany will explore the reasons behind food refusal and sensory aversions, how to spot nutrient gaps, what supplements can actually help (and which are safe with medications), and realistic strategies to make mealtimes less stressful. She’ll also discuss nutritional tools to support the nervous system, improve sleep quality, and regulate mood. You’ll walk away with evidence-based advice and actionable tools to support your child’s health—without the overwhelm.

 

Brittany Darling is a clinical nutritionist, mother to a neurodivergent child, and the founder of I’m Nutrients—a purpose-driven children’s supplement brand formulated with clean, evidence-based ingredients.

 

Brittany Darling is a qualified clinical nutritionist with over 14 years of experience, a mother to a neurodivergent child, and the founder of I’m Nutrients—a clean, purposeful children’s supplement brand created to support her own son. Her work focuses on neurodiversity-affirming nutrition, with a special interest in picky eating, sensory processing challenges, and nutritional strategies to support children with ADHD and autism. Brittany is known for her evidence-based yet practical approach to family nutrition.
