Sarah Hoff
Sarah Hoff is the founder of The ADHD Revolution and is an ADHD Coach with a passion for supporting teenagers and adults design fulfilling, authentic lives. With over 10 years' experience as a professional organiser, Sarah also provides decluttering services to help people with ADHD cultivate calm spaces that are ADHD friendly. Inspired by her own lived experience as a woman with a late diagnosis of ADHD, Sarah developed her ADHD Self-Reflection Program for Teens and Adults to empower people to free themselves from the struggle and build the lives they deserve. Sarah is passionate about teaching the importance of self-understanding, self-acceptance, and above all self-love as this is the foundation towards making positive changes in our lives.
